The downloaded pattern was for another design, which is why I have given 4 stars. The designer was very helpful and like me, could not understand how it had happened. She then emailed me the correct pattern.

These are comfortable gloves that are pretty easy to knit up, even for a young knitter like me. Made them for my sister (she had her eyes on the pattern for a while) and she loved how they turned out. We both have very small hands (like children's gloves usually fit us) so I dropped 8 stitches from the back and it was a perfect fit!

Such a beautiful scarf. The colours were even nicer than the photos and the fabric is so soft. Will go with so many outfits. I anticipate wearing this over many Scottish winters.
